I've seen both Versions of Solaris. the Russian version and the American version. George Clooney is really good, but the film was too short. The original version is a tru sci-fi classic. I will finally get the DVD versions of both very soon.

To be honest, the american version sucks. it has better special effects..but it doesn't really give you the same feeling as the old russian movie. It's really worth buying..
