If you had to choose a franchise to be rebooted, which would it be?

X-Men (stick to the comics goddamnit!) & Resident Evil (stick to video games goddamnit!).

Robocop just needed a follow-up on the same level as the first film.

can't forget Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Like Robocop, all it needed was sequels on the same levell.

Although none of you probably care, I've always wanted to do a Superman film!

If I DID do a reboot of the franchise, I'd settle on a title like "The Man of Steel". No Superman references. (like Chris Nolan is doing with TDK)

The story would involve probably Zod, and POSSIBLY Lex Luthor. Luthor would be the sequel's villain, titled something like "The Man of Steel II", and Brainiac would probably be the third villain, in the final film called something like "The Man of Steel Forever".

Maybe you like my ideas, maybe you don't. If I ever did a Superman trilogy, ^ is what it would probably be like.

BTW, I've actually thought of writing out a treatment (so to speak) for "The Man of Steel"...maybe sometime soon.

He's a tremendous actor no doubt. Did you see Band of Brothers?

That's an interesting casting choice. I loved the first movie, and it was Verhoeven, Weller, and Poledouris (RIP) that made it great. It would take a lot to duplicate the first film's greatness.

It was one of the reasons i picked him..he looks very intense..and i think he would look very interesting with the robo makeup when his helmet is taken off.. i actually like robert john Burke..he just made his voice when he had the helmet on to machine like..but when he has that helmet off..he nails some really good moments..talking to the little child about her parents..

best part in the film.

Resident Evil needs a HUGE reboot, and Capcom has said that's what they want.
X-men needs a reboot too. It's not a hard comic to stay true to, so why was it so hard to do that in the films?

I am glad their are more people who agree with me about X-Men.

Tomb Raider could have been an awesome franchise, I liked the first, but the second one blew

How about the Neverending Story?

Elektra would also be good, to go along with Daredevil

and Streets of Fire!

I pretty much think the J.J Abrams Star Trek is kinda way back the the begining movie about Kirks first mission. the question is who should play young Kirk and Young Mr Spock.
