What you should do is start dating other people and then if it's ment to be you'll end up with her when college is over...if it's not ment to be then atleast you didn't spend college horny and alone.

Seriously, we didn't talk for a week before she left and I figured, you know, if she wants to see me, she'll call me. Now it's been two weeks and so far not so much as a text or e-mail, it's getting harder and harder to say "sorry, I have a girlfriend". Should I just say f**k it and move on?

Why don't you call your gf and talk to her about it, instead of making excuses for wanting to see other people.

I'll be honest, I think you can consider her your ex, but you obviously haven't cared enough either. If you knew she was going to go, you could've done so much before she left, but you didn't bother either. Now, this is just a possible scenario, but maybe she thought: "What a bastard. My boyfriend doesn't even care that I'm leaving for college."

Sounds about right. It takes two to tango (or not tango, as the case may be). I'd be inclined to think it's pretty much over, though, since neither one of them cared enough to contact the other even though they both knew she was leaving town. She's off to college and it's highly likely she's gonna sew her wild oats. She's probably out hunting for dick right now, as a matter of fact.

Poor guy, remids me of how stupid I was with my ex. This chick used to disappear for days on end. The relationship was hard enough while I was home for the summer(when we met), but when I left for school, it was so long dissatnce; it was non-existant.
