I'm looking for a certain Wizard magazine issue

It has a picture of an angry Batman lifting up a reluctant Joker with a "bang" gun in his left hand. I need to know what issue it was so I can find it and buy it somewhere. I had it as a kid, but I cut up the pictures and all kinds of stuff, it would be nice to see it again.

I know of what issue you speak but I have all my old Wizard issues in boxes, sorry can't help out but I think it was drawn by Joe Quesada.
