It stars Christian Bale (Batman Begins) and Health Ledger (the new Joker) also directed by Todd Haynes.

Anybody know anything about?

Post pictures anything to do with the movie.

I would much prefer a boring movie in a language I don't understand:up:

It's a strangely constructed biopic on Bob Dylan with the legendary singer / songwriter being portrayed a random assortment of various actors as well as actresses.

Here's the imdb page:

http://imdb.com/title/tt0368794/

Todd Haynes did Velvet Goldmine with Bale, and that's one of my favorite movies(i love Glam rock). This film, or atleast the way it's set up, sounds very interesting.

and from what i understand, Ledger is playing a young Bob Dylan, Bale is playing a somewhat older Bob Dylan, and Richard Gere is playing an older Bob Dylan...then again, that might be some rumor.

is it a direct biopic about Dylan, or is it some movie with people detailing Dylan's life, but never really saying that it's Bob Dylan's life?

Frightening.

We should get a legit Dylan biopic, not this high art or whatever you want to call it crap. I really think the film's going to suck.

when i heard the premise of how this was being done...i thought it was cool, but also realized how easily it could go wrong. but then i heard it was the velvet goldmine dude directing it, and now i cant wait to see it!!! i looooooooooooves me some dylan!

This is going to be the worse movie ever. If you want a boipic about Dylan, watch 'No Direction Home'.

The trailer looks great. I'm definitely looking foward to this.

Can't say anything about trailer. It hasn't shown anything, so I didn't get the main point of this movie.

Wow pretty impressive for as little as it shows....Cate Blanchett has a pretty good resemblence funny enough :o

Charlotte Gray, Queen Elizabeth I, Katharine Hepburn, Bob Dylan...

It starting to seem like Cate Blanchett can play anything.
