Um...yes it has.

Since I'm not sure how to take this response, I figure I'll explain my sarcastic comment. My "Spawn" comment was referring to the raw graphics of TiH and not the final render. Spawn was recognized as innovative in terms of cgi, but vast improvements have been made. The cgi in Spawn looks to me like the raw graphics of TiH as shown in the video. While more improvements are sure to come in the future of cgi, I'm simply amazed as to how real the Hulk looks.

I'll repost this on this thread.....

A film or video, together with associated trailers may exist in several versions and all versions known to the BBFC are listed below.

The times are shorter by about 4% because the british system is 25 FPS for video.

So their 42 minutes of deleted scenes will be about 44 in our (US) format.

There is also a @3 minute scene in a separate disc section entitled:
Alternate opening (the Arctic scene)

So a total of 47 minutes of deleted scenes (not 70 as hoped) and NO longer 'Norton Cut'----at least for this first Blu-ray/DVD

SWEET! :woot:

Hulk looks really crappy on it.

i don't think so. he looks as good as that poster everybody seems to have wanted on the cover. only you can't see through him:yay: but i'll admit that abom has looked better

i have one simple question
and the answers probably been posted
but i didn't see it
is there going to be a 2 disk DVD?

Three discs - one for the movie, one for special features, one is a "digital copy"

Okay.it's official !!!

The US announcements have been made.

A Blu-ray 2-disc versiom 1. Movie & bonus material 2.digital copy
A 3-disc DVD 1. movie 2. bonus material 3. digital copy
A 1-disc version 1. Movie & a reduced amount of bonus material
A 1-disc 'fool...er full-frame' version 1. same as above.

Surprisingly, the one-disc versions contain deleted scenes BUT NOT the 'Alternate Opening' !!!!

So if you want the alternate opening you'll have to buy the Blu-ray or 3-disc version.

The Blu-ray and the 3-disc version have the Hulk vs Abomination cover and the one-disc versions just the Hulk.

Go to DVDtown.com or HDDVD.org---I still don't know how to set up a link.
I'm old I tell ya.....in MY day we bought 3 minute reels of movies on standard 8mm film and were happy to have it!!! No joke!!

THANKS GUYS, GREAT STUFF,:D:up: "HULK SMASH PUNY BLU-RAY VERSION, DOH, HULK SMASH OWN MOVIE, NOW HULK CAN'T WATCH IT, THIS PISSES HULK OFF, RRRRRAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRR!!!":oldrazz::oldrazz::D:D:hulk:

Sooo, the deleted scenes.. are gonna be part of a different, um, section, or will they be mixed in the movie..? You know, like a director's cut or something
Sorry if it's been asked before

we've been through this so many times...

the director doesn't believe in director's cuts. The cut in theaters is the official final cut. He believes that people should see what was shot, but no, the movie is the final movie, so it will not get mixed in.

this are animated storyboard sfrom TIH.
and you think that spawn was having this kind of CGI back then?

I was simply commenting on the previsualization of TiH in this video (top panel in the video):

I was saying that the cgi in the previsualization looks like the final cg in Spawn, if Spawn was that good. I didn't want to make this an issue. Just a simple comment.

mmm, I smell a double dip, but not for a while I guess... oh well, this will have to do.

Hmmm, commentary includes director and cast, wonder if Norton will participate. Also wonder how much deleted stuff we´ll see.

I think it sucks there will be no additional scenes spliced in for an 'alternate cut'. Not that I really expected it, but the movie needed it. It was at times choppy and 'missing' stuff IMO.

Wow, I guess the gigantic post just a little above yours with the scenes mentioned in detail got by you.:yay:

The 'alternate opening' & 23 other deleted scenes will total about 47 minutes.

I would bet that the other20+ minutes of the '70 minutes' were tons of brief snips here and there from the original 3 hour rough cut.

Small cuts are the hardest to showcase in deleted sections and are usually the earliest cuts and the weakest material. Usually lines that didn't work or fell flat etc.

From years of comparing scripts to actual finished movies I find that one to three line exchanges are easily the least interesting and/or weakest things.
It's always the deleted subplots that seem to be the most compelling and show up in the deleted sections as completely cut deleted scenes or in sizable chunks of 'extended scenes'

*Marks calendar for October 21st*

Now they just need to set a release date for The Dark Knight, Hellboy II and Wall-E.

Saw it 3 times in the theaters and can't wait for this DVD!!!
