It annoys me that the UK market continues to get the 2-disc version of FOX's projects on the first leg of release. Meanwhile, we in the states have to wait another year before the director's cut is done.

If I recall correctly, the same thing was done with Fantastic Four--that European 2-disc version contained 18 minutes of deleted footage, compared to the 30 seconds on our domestic release.

How about X2? That was released as a 2-disc set from the get go...

Thats not always the case LS. The 18 minutes of deleted scenes from FF weren't on my 2-disc dvd and its Region 2. I felt kind of robbed when i saw it online.

I think it depends in which country you live not necessarily the continent.

Fox is well known for double dipping their DVDs. So I'm sure we'll get the special editions for both FF and X3.

Bah, there's no need to wait for the US release then. Thank goodness for multi-region DVD players. Plus from what we seen, the foreign covers will be way cooler.

The German FF Premium Edition DVD has 24 minutes of deleted scenes.

I just hope there is a Psylocke scene. I want to see her so bad!! Does anybody know when they release the dvd if it will be special edition comes out plain and simple or will it just be regular edition then special edition a week later. I hope they don't do that.

The actress who played Psylocke said she got to do more stuff in the film and kick ass with psi blades. Im sure that will be put on the dvd some way or another
