Internet Connection

The past two days my connection has been really crappy. It'll take forever to connect to a site, transfer from the site, then display it. I have cable modem and it's usually very fast or fast enough, but now it does this, and sometimes it says the server cannot be found, but I click on Firefox's refresh button and it'll go through. Sometimes I have to do this more than once.

I have no clue what's going on? Should I call my cable modem provider? Is it an issue with Firefox? The computer?

i have that problem sometimes, but i think it's due to the traffic to the site i'm trying to visit more than anything.

clearing your cookies and cache out everyone once in a while helps too
