Internet Explorer Problem (aka Whats happening to my new laptop?)

i posted a thread earlier about my woes with IE. the end result was me deleting it the unconventional way(aka wiping my harddive). turns out my virus blocker/firewall had a virus within itself which had made copies into my IE files. even AFTER i deleted EVERYTHING on my computer and i redownload IE, it still has the virus and replicates itself into my other files. now most of my Program Files are total virus. and every time i try to run IE, the number of viruses increases.


HELP ME! OH, GOD HELP ME!
