Well the actual flight time from LA to New York is around five hours and then another seven hours from there to Madrid. That's not counting time having to go through customs, stopover time between connections, arriving early for security check in etc. This would be one looooooong trip! I'd say around 14-16 hours.

They could be flying around in corporate or studio jets too, then they would skip all the airport stuff. We did see that picture of Ioan though, but maybe he took a flight off on his own. I saw that Carrie Underwood of American Idol, on some talk show and she mentioned how she was flying around in a private jet, so if they do it for her, I would think a movie studio would do it for their stars for sure.
