iPod Video Help

I just got my iPod Video and I'm currently adding files to it.

When iTunes converts videos to iPod format sometimes they have audio somtimes they dont.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Most likely your source video is muxed (Google it). Read some of the discussions here at Apple's Tech Discussion Forms.
