Gay or bisexual in the Ultimate universe? I was reading at Uncannyxmen.net for issue 31 and they said the reason for his rage in kicking Magneto's ass was because he had a crush on Wolverine . Then, in issue #40, Storm is talking to Angel and says that all the girls, and mabe Colosuss, was staring at him because he was beautiful. Their was another particular issue that I forgot about the moment, but I try to look for it later.

I remember in Ultimate X-men#40 when Northstar asked was he single. Colosusss took it as a real shock but Jean pulled him away before he had anything to say.

What I find funny is that it took until issue #65 to confirm Peter is gay, but he was pretty much never in the closet in the previous 64 issues. I think the only oblivious character in the whole book was Nightcrawler... and Storm for about 3 issues.

Well he's not oblivious now. I almost hate it how Nightcrawler is so disgusted with Colosuss. I am used to the regular, very tolerant Nightcrawler and I find his Ultimate counterpart a bit annoying that way.

no he says the sight of collosus makes him sick in the annual. i love colossus no matter his orientation. as for kurt i hate how he's stereotypically catholic in his views. i'm a catholic but i don't think like that- its quite offensive. i try to rationalise his behaviour by saying to myself - well he's been through weapon x.

At least one of the X-Men had to be freaked out by Colossus' coming out. The law of percentages says so. I mean, it wouldn't have been realistic at all if everyone at the mansion just said "Oh, okay." I mean, look at the world we live in here.

Is Ultimate Nightcrawler even Catholic? The only character I've ever noticed react to anything religiously is Rogue, and that was when she noticed how Kurt & Warren look.
