The reason why I asked this is because you need to choose the right villian to make a great story imagine Rhino being a main villian I don't think you can make a movie based on him

You could...if you presented him as the boss of a Russian gang with access to a tech version of the Rhino suit. A souped up ganglord, basically. Shot with plenty of plausibility in terms of how he acts.
