is there a scene in x-men 3 with prof X having hair??

well we do get a scene with him 30 years younger......... he might actually have hair at that time, i dunno, unless he has always been bald

From what I remember of the cartoon series, when they flashbacked to Xavier's childhood with Cain, he was bald.
However my comic book knowledge is minimal, so I couldn't say other than that.

 

Do you know what your girlfriend is basing this on i.e. does she have contacts / work for a magazine? I don't think any pictures of Xavier with hair have been released and the only time it would make sense is the opening scene when he is younger (although I can't recall him ever having hair in the comics either).

 

Yeah, he was completely bald when he was in his 20's as I remember it...

Supposedly, his baldness was connected to the growing manifestation of his powers...

Never seen him with hair in the comics, they said he lost his hair due to his powerful telepathy. But I could definately see them giving him hair in the movies to make him look younger... McKellan mentioned in that interview about how they were using new technology to make him and stewart look younger without prosthetics (s/p?).

 

Yeah he wears a disco uniform, its back in the seventies and he wins a dance contest. The scene ends with him telling his ladies friends the two things he loves in life are "my hair and my dancing".

 

I watched that episode on YouTube a few days ago!...lol.

i wonder..will Xavier be walking in the flashbacks?

 

As I remember from some Marvel Handbook, Xavier hair was blonde, as a kid...

 

He doesn't look too threatening there.

 

I thought I recalled a flashback of Xavier when he was younger from the animated series as well where he had blonde hair. I may have to do some investigation.....

 

He did have blonde hair in that episode, where Kain is mad and Xavier is playing polo on a horse with his stepfather. He was bald AND walking in an episode with Bishop, they time traveled to stop him or something.

 

but Xavier was only like 14 or something in that episode and his powers were still growing...

If Xavier and Mags will only be in their 40's or so, I'd expect for Xavier to still be quite bald and probably a little gray...
