Isn't it safe to assume that TIME TRAVEL will NEVER be possible?

Who is to say that time travel hasn't already happened?

It's considered that we may need a reciever to have people travel back. So people from the future do not keep cropping up, because we build a reciever, than people from the future can pop back whenever they wat to, but as we haven't got that reciever it doesn't work.

Like a phone, you can't call a tree, you need a number to dial....

Well recent break throughs in theoretical math and the string theory show promise that we are living in a multiverse comprised of a potentially infinite amount of universes and it COULD be possible to travel to these universes which could be "parallel." Meaning..in each universe something is different from our own..say, in one YOU don't even exist.

Of all the time travel theroies, this one I believe the most.
