Anybody using the defense that Sandow is not ready is missing the big picture. They could have done a fresh new feud between Sandow and Cena leading up to Survivor Series with a ton of anticipation behind it but decided to blow their wad instead.

They do this crap all the time, you see the same 2 people fighting each week in the weeks leading to a PPV only to have them fight again on the ACTUAL PPV.

WTF sense does that make???

Wow, what's with the looks Reigns is giving Rollins and Ambrose?

That catch and smooth letdown by the Uzos was clever.

He just made the product look like a joke. The whc might matter while its around his waist but soon enough that belt will revert back. Unless there are plans for a unification.

Yeah, god forbid someone who isn't ready for the main event have a competitive match with the top guy of the company. We need to protect those type of guys from the doom of a 3 count right?

And then they fight the night after the PPV. Why pay to see the match when they'll just put it on free television?

How? He was getting constantly jobbed out and hardly on the shows and throwing in a feud with the top guy like that is proving he's ready? Sounds strikingly familiar to past SD! MITB winners.

The Sandow match was a "Let's see how you can hang with the top guy in the company" match. And needless to say, I was impressed.

So he proved himself, but he's not ready? Idk. I'd rather watch him as the top heel on smackdown than del Rio. I do agree this was probably a test of his ability and I'm hoping he continues to target Cena . That being said I'm sick of Cena's ridiculous comebacks.

It better not be something stupid like "I saw him attack tripple H so i attacked Bryan out of instinct"

And made Sandow look really good. Doesn't matter what anyone says, Sandow WAS NOT ready. We all know that much. If anything, that match showed why I like wrestling and hate wrestling fans. Here is to hoping they can capitalize on a more ruthless Sandow.

Sandow is one of my favorite guys, but if they put the title on him at this point, the WHC would essentially be at the same level it was last week...opening PPVs...considered beneath the Intercontinental championship...the butt of jokes for the IWC.

Sandow looked fantastic in that match...Cena sold for him the entire way through, and Sandow only lost because he was caught out of nowhere in a move that has put away everyone from Triple H to the Rock to Orton to Big Show to Edge to CM Punk. Personally, I don't view Sandow as damaged at all...his time will come.

Because you're missing the actual point about how shoddy the booking can be at times.

Even despite what he did last night, HBK deserves a bigger pop.

I'm just hoping he can evolve as a more ruthless character. Slowly build into a new character ala HHH because even though Sandow's current character is entertaining as hell, it doesn't scream "WORLD CHAMP" IMO.

In my deepest darkest hour The Wrestling Thread was there for me.

Last Night The Wrestling Thread Needed US To Be There For It.

Never thought I ever see a segment between The American Dragon and The Heartbreak Kid.

This would be so meaningful if it was leading to a match.

And this is the first time in a long time Shawn Michaels has been seriously booed.

If all of this was leading to Bryan snapping on his enemies instead of the nice way he's been handling everything, I'm all for it.

I didn't notice a look at Rollins, but he gave Ambrose a look earlier when he made a comment about how he's the only one left in the Shield who has a title.
