Really digging the hell out of the 30YOWMM. Currently playing Diesel vs Shawn Michaels from WM11.

You seem to be plowing through it pretty quickly,Are you playing on Legend?,Doing the objectives too?

I've been playing on Legend since WWE 12 haha. Andre/Hogan, Warrior/Hogan, and Bret/Yokozuna have been the most difficult for me so far.

Just finished the New Generation chapter and I think I'm gonna stop for right now. I'll start the Attitude Era chapter in the morning.

Guess im kinda lucky getting this game being it will be the first wrestling game ive bought since Here comes the pain. I know there are some complains that it has similar moves and graphics from last years game, But I have no idea what any moves or game play have existed in the past videogame years haha so its all going to be new to me. My only question for Nextnolan and anyone else who already has it, ive read comments saying that some wrestlers dont have all their moves off the bat when you get the game. Does this simply mean you have to unlock the moves through the game features, or do you have to buy a dlc to unlock basic moves and finishers? I am planning on getting the accelartion pack right when I get it on Tuesday. Will this be enough to just have the main moves I need and want with the core guys?

Speaking of Shane McMahon...does anyone know why he left WWE? Was there a falling out with Vince or did he just want to strike out on his own?

He just wanted to do things other than wrestling.

And Haitch and Stephanie should be thanking for that. Had he not resigned, I'm they wouldn't be next in line to inherit the family business.

So my little dilemma solved itself. I will be at the ppv tonight!

- We noted before Colt Cabana revealed on Steve Austin's podcast that he was scheduled for a WWE announcers tryout soon but then downplayed the reports on Twitter. Despite Cabana saying "no WWE for me", word within WWE is that he's still scheduled for a tryout some time in November.

- CM Punk was written into plans for last Tuesday's SmackDown tapings but was pulled because he's banged up and officials didn't want him to get injured any more going into tonight's Hell In a Cell pay-per-view.

Word going around WWE creative is that Punk is going into the pay-per-view hurt and that's probably going to affect how his match with Ryback and Paul Heyman is booked tonight. Tonight's match is not scheduled to be the end of the Punk vs. Heyman feud.

- There has been lots of talk lately about WWE looking into acquiring other wrestling video tape libraries. With the Network eventually coming, there is still a push to increase the amount of video WWE owns and a push to come up with new and different ways to monetize and package that footage.

- Several sources within WWE have confirmed that if Vince McMahon doesn't return at tonight's Hell In a Cell pay-per-view, he will indeed return on Monday's RAW. Vince will be getting involved in the Big Show vs. Triple H storyline and is expected to be a main part of things between now and WrestleMania XXX.

- As noted, morale was up after Thursday's TNA talent meeting. The feeling after the meeting was that a lot of pressure was off the wrestlers as far as TNA going out of business goes. People are excited about the company going back to Universal Studios to tape Impact Wrestling. The feeling among many of the wrestlers was that they will have to suck it up and suffer for the next month or two and then things will get back to normal as far as what TNA used to be.

There's a general consensus that the company over-reached, went down the wrong path and now they're cutting things down and moving forward. There was even some talk on Thursday about bringing back some of the released talents in some fashion while they're still looking at signing new talents.

- As noted before, TNA talents were told at Thursday's backstage meeting that Eric Bischoff would be working from home going forward. Bischoff was not at Thursday's tapings or last Sunday's Bound For Glory pay-per-view. There are lots of people in TNA who expect to never see Bischoff in TNA again.

The new 24/7 campaign TNA is running is something that was pushed internally as far back as 2009. One of the ideas was to have one-hour weekly YouTube shows on the X Division and the Knockouts, leading to product interest and money generated from YouTube. There were lots of people pushing for the idea to be cleared and budgeted for but as soon as Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan were signed, the idea was shot down and went away. Hogan and Bischoff hated the concept, didn't believe in it and were all about building up TV so they could compete with WWE.

The fact that TNA is now going with this concept and the fact that Jeff Jarrett is getting more involved and more power once again, a lot of people are thinking that this is the end of Bischoff in TNA.

- Chris Jericho noted on Twitter that Fozzy's next album will come out in June 2014 and that he's looking to release his next book in September 2014. Jericho also said he doesn't know when he's returning to WWE.

- The Miami Herald reports that John Cena will be wearing a protective compression sleeve with pad insert on his surgically repaired arm when he returns at tonight's WWE Hell In a Cell pay-per-view. The sleeve is similar to what former NBA star Allen Iverson wore and what current Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade wears. The sleeve will minimize and swelling and help decrease impact on Cena's arm.

Now onto Ric Flair vs Randy Savage from WrestleMania VIII. One of my favorite matches of all time.

Still the greatest WWF/E title match in Mania history IMO.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Punk or Bryan

Jake Roberts vs. Triple H

Andre vs. Undertaker

Ooooooo, never thought about that as a match up before, in their primes that would have been pretty damn good I think.

I completely agree! Punk coming back EIGHT DAYS LATER totally killed the angle for me. He should have been kept away for an extended period of time...at the very least until SummerSlam, but preferably until Night Of Champions. In the meantime, they should have had him showing up at various WWE events and appearances (like he did Comic Con) and taunting Triple H. And for goodness sake, Punk should have defended the title somewhere...Japan, Mexico...anywhere! Send some WWE personnel/officials with him to make sure no funny business takes place, but having him defend the title elsewhere would have added such an intriguing layer to the angle!

While this isn't the way I was hoping the AJ Styles storyline would go, I've got to give it to TNA...if they are intent on ripping off the Summer Of Punk II, at least they appear to want to stick the landing better than WWE did.

I think it really exposed how poor a job WWE had done of creating new stars in that time period, I mean I'm sure ROH for starters would have gotten in the on the act and had Punk defend the title on one of their shows, but I think a mix of the aforementioned lack of stars and WWE's control freak need to be an entity all of their own not connected to the rest of the pro wrestling world screwed the angle up.

That's awesome news! :D

Unless Brock is gonna work Survivor Series then I think it should end tonight, it's practically been running on fumes since Ryback was added.

That's gonna be a LOT of Vince and Triple H promos. :csad:

This I think is the crux of the problem with Choff and Orange Terry, they wanted to go back to their glory days of the Monday Night Wars, that was never gonna happen and smaller steps were needed to try and progress TNA at a natural rate.

I will be stunned if Del Rio doesn't get the next 1 million World Heavyweight Title shots in a row even after he loses the title.

It is after all, his "destiny."

If you guys could take two talents one from WWE and one from TNA to start and build a new promotion around who would you choose? I'd probably choose Chris Hero/Kassius Ohno from WWE as every time I see that guy, I just think yeah he has the it factor, as well as just being an all around great talent. From TNA I'm not sure.

TNA will definitely give the angle some level of authenticity that WWE's angle lost after Punk won the belt. He should've been gone at least a month. At least have him stay home with the belt if he wasn't going to defend it.

What made it even more foolish is that Punk broke the wall down in his Pipebomb promo naming several companies.

I figured someone might want this. :D

John Cena and Bobby Roode, they'd give you a top face and heel to build around.

Yeah, it was as if they planted some seeds and then got cold feet, I do wonder if they were surprised that the promo turned Punk face and that factored into the quick return.

There are a ton of new moves unlocked when you first play. You just have to play through the 30YOWMM to get more outfits, arenas, moves etc. So yeah, using the Acceleration Boost the first time you pop the disc in will get you all of that. :woot:

Is there a list of all the unlockables?

Also noticed in the DLC moves like Alpamare Waterslide and Zack Ryder comeback. Do I have to manually add those moves to Cesaro and Ryder or does the DLC take care of that?

WWE announced on their Twitter account that Curtis Axel was pulled from tonight's Hell in a Cell Kick-off match due to injury. Here is the announcement made just moments ago:

BREAKING: Due to injury, @RealCurtisAxel will not compete tonight at #HellInACell. Stay tuned to http://WWE.com for updates.

As of this writing, no replacement match has been announced.
