It's Gone Way Too Far Now: View-Master The Movie

OH...MY...GOD.

Anyone who is an aspiring film writer should start heading to LA and try to sell their work because Hollywood is losing it bigtime.

If you're able to watch the movie through ANYTHING but an actual View-Master, this is more fail than previously believed possible.

Jesus, it just get worse every day now. First Asteroids and now this. Wonder what it will be tomorrow?

They can't be serious......

Next up: "Poop" (The live action experience in 3D)

:waa:

No No NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

That's it! Good bye! I'm going to stop watching movies all together...
Hollywood died...

I guess next up will be paper game movies. Like Hangman & Pictionary

Still waiting for "Madden NFL Football" the movie.

:facepalm

How in the name of Satan, does one make a movie about a freaking View Master?!!

:waa:

No No NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

That's it! Good bye! I'm going to stop watching movies all together...
Hollywood died...
or you just could watch the movies that look good and ignore the bad ones.

I was exaggerating.... I'm even more dramatic than a soap opera character...

But seriously. This is stupid

Damn I hate this. I own one of those somewhere, and I'm definitely reminded of how crappy an experience it was.

There are NOT enough facepalms in the world...

For this news we must at least try:

Nope. Still not enough :csad:

I found a leak online that revealed the plot: "In a world overrun by video games and tech gadgetry, one man will challenge the system. With his magical ViewMaster, he will unite the human race and conquer all the evil tech toys of the world and teach a cynical nation how to love again." Starring Mel Gibson, some hot unknown 18 year old chick who will have onscreen sex with Mel, and Eddie Murphy as the voice of ViewMaster. Next Summer, get ready for......VIEWMASTER OF THE UNIVERSE!

That's pretty much what I was going to write. Right down to the letter.

Who approves this stuff?
I mean really...

Are the producers insane? Why don't they just send their lackeys over to internet forums like this one and see what people REALLY want to see?

In the Transformers forums, critics have been accused of being out of touch.
In reality, it seems the producers and studios are out of touch...

Figures it's a DreamWorks project...
Those losers must be desperate

No doubt there'll be some kind of supernatural element to the whole thing, where the View-master can show you some weird ****, but I still don't expect this to be good.

I can't wait to buy the viewmaster that has slides of the viewmaster movie on it for me to click through

Remember a time when they used to make movies that took place

A long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away?
Or when movies were 65 million years in the making?
Or when movies were about uncovering the ark of the covenant?
Or about an alien and his young friend?
Or about a robot in the guise of a child whose only purpose was to be loved?

Those were good times...

Cookie for references... except the first one...

Next up will be Minesweeper: The Movie and Gummi Bears: The Movie

There was a Gummi Bears trailer too but they drop the F-bomb so I didn't post it.
