I love the hair. There's no sane reason to hate it.

I just never pegged Peter Parker for the type that uses a ton of hair product. His hair the way it was in Boy A would've been perfect IMO.

He looks fine. Jesus. Whoopty-****in'-do, fingerless gloves. He looks like a normal dude you see in high school. What do you need.

lol @ people crying over the hair.

I love the pictures and find literally nothing wrong with them.

I'm even more convinced that this was perfect casting. It's so ****ed up how much he looks like someone just ripped Peter Parker off a comic and stuck him in real life.

Not with hair like that. Clearly Sony doesn't care enough about the property to cast someone with the right hair.

Sony, Garfield, Stone, and Webb are just in it for the money.

There are only two reasons to own a pair of fingerless gloves.

If it's winter time, and you're a smoker.

3. Your skin has the ability to stick to solid objects. Like a spider. :) ;)

wow...Garfield looks great for the role...we really gonna complain about the hair? it reminds me of a messier version of Ultimate Parker

All of my posts above were complete sarcasm.

I think they look perfect and this movie is going along swimmingly.

Not happy with the hair but who CARES, I don't think there are many out there than can pull of the peter parker thing better than andrew garfield. He looks perfect, his build, face, everything. I'd do the hair differently, sure, but him and gwen look just like they should.
This is gonna be a dang good movie.

We've seen Garfield with short hair when he was announced, and we've seen him with longer hair. It's pretty clear which hair style is not only more flattering on the kid, but makes him look younger.

nit picking over the hair? really?????

he looks fine, like an actual normal high school kid. not a geek, not a jock, not a goth/emo, just normal.

LOL, this takes me back to when the first pics of Bale as Bruce Wayne in Batman Begins were leaked and people were complaining that his hair was not dark enough :whatever:

To be completely honest, his style of hair is "what's in" in high school these days. SO yeah, it's fine.

Hair and attire look fine to me, gloves are a bit outrageous so Im hoping theyre part of Pete's awkwardness in the story.

I like his Peter Parker look. Garfield actually looks quite a bit younger with his hair like that I think. I think they Stone and Garfield look great.

The hair looks perfectly fine to me. It's more distinguishing than having it fall down parted.

I really don't understand how fingerless gloves or tight-ish jeans make this a Twilight knockoff, but okay.

He looks great.

My guess is the Sony execs said 'Well, we don't want it to explicitly feel like Twilight, but if Garfield occasionally looks like Edward Cullen, and there are a lot of emotional/loved-up scenes, we won't hold it against you [wink wink]"
