No release date yet.I had no idea, I know they renewed it for a second season before the first had even dropped on Amazon. So is there a release date for season 2 yet?

Season 1 also had a lot of bad meandering subplots, like the drone pilot who got beat up by that psycho couple from the casino.
What was that even about? I never quite got it or its relation to the main plot.
Well the books ran the gambit from a injured Marine vet independently wealthy from Wall Street who finds himself back in government service to the President of the US. But I saw more of the book Ryan in Baldwin and Ford than in the action heroes Pine and Krasinski. Frankly I can't remember Affleck, the political correct recast of the villains would keep theI keep trying to watch this show but every episode feels like a slog. I think it’s just Krasinski. I haven’t read the novels so I don’t know if he’s closer to the Jack Ryan in the books than other interpretations but I just find him so bland in the role. Harrison Ford and Alec Baldwin are miles ahead of him... hell, even Chris Pine had more charisma or intensity. Krasinski just seems like kind of a dope.
