Conan. Leno is not funny in his TV host role, he's good in sitcoms though. Letterman is a tool. Conan works best as a late night TV host.

Leno has all his comedy written for him. Letterman is much more original. But Leno is the better of the two.

They both really, really suck. They're just not funny. But the worst of the bunch is Carson Daly. He's about as entertaining as a wad of gum. When I went to Conan, Daly was still in NY and after the show they were trying to get people to go to Last Call, but nobody wanted to.

Conan, Kimmel and Ferguson are the only ones worth watching.
