Jennifer Garner is Peppermint

Haven’t seen this yet, but I just don’t really trust the critic score anymore. Reviews are so click driven that it seems like nearly every movie is on one extreme of the spectrum. Most critics just riding the wave for that sweet ad revenue.

I find audience critiques like the above to be more in line with my feelings on a movie most times.

Finally watched this after 5 years. Gender bent Punisher is definitely the description. Nothing really stood out about it besides the vigilante is female this go around. You could literally switch her out with any number of other similarly vegenance seeking protagonists and the story would be the same.

Still, thought it was better than the critics did and I've seen worse revenge flicks.
