Which do you think is better? The reason why I'm asking is because I trying to decide which one I should buy?

I like Year One, but probably only because I enjoy Barry and Hal and Arthur and Ollie and all them.

I'm definitely a fan of the old school superheroes.

If you can only get one, I'd say it depends on what your generation of DC is. If you're an old-school guy, you'll want to pick up Year One. If you're a younger, newer reader, get Rock of Ages.

Or save up your money and buy both.

You'll have a greater appreciation for Rock of Ages if you're a little familiar with the JLA, and Morrison's JLA in particular, so I'd pick up Year One first, then work your way through the JLA TPB's.

Get Rock of Ages, for Connor Hawke.

What?

Yeah, theres a JLA Grant Morrison hardcover either out, or coming out soon. That will have possibly the first three arcs of his JLA run in it, possibly including Rock of Ages. Check Amazon and find out.

Year One personally. I thought it was superior to Rock of Ages.

Not really. When I picked up Year One,all I had read were the "recommended" Superman and Batman stuff with some JLU viewing in between.

You don't have to be an "old school" guy to enjoy and understand it.

Far and away, Rock of Ages. Year One was good, but really, really boring.

No, he's saying you should buy it. Now.

Oh, thanks. It was just because far and away sounded like stay far and away from Rock of Ages.

Neither; get New World Order first.
