The JSA book has had one issue! For God's sake people, one issue!

right. one great issue with tons of interesting plot points and action, compared to 4 issues of mediocre plot points and sporadic action.

quit whining so much, dude. it's just a better book, so far. plus, it's got a better roster, writer, internal artist and cover artist going for it, too.

Its clear to me, that the main problem of JLA is the pacing. Really, other than that, the book is solid (I refuse to accept the whole Hal/Red Arrow thing as an actual problem) but its funny, a lot of people had the same complaint about Identity Crisis when it came out. JSA, was just gangbusters, but its really at its core pretty different situation, the JSA has its mainstays and the whole recruiting aspect was handled better, but because the circumstances are present to make the transition better. You look at JLA, you have a group of different people coming together that have really no relation with each other. Its a lot like the original Avengers. You look at the JLA mainstays and its clear that the circumstance IC and OYL put them in, its impossible for them to be in with each other.

Martian Manhunter is all emo and human hating, Bart is the Flash, please, he is not JLA material (I think he'd be interesting as a guest star on JSA), Aquaman has a squid face and Aqua Newb is busy with other stuff apparently, Ollie is Mayor of Star City, thats a 24/7 job already.

Ha-ha, you sound like Purple Man, look up opinion. And Ive already said the first issue of JSA is a lot better than the 4 JLA issues, but the difference is, weve had 4 issues of JLA, and only one of JSA. Also, its not whining, its *****ing, get it right.

then what's the freaking problem? you're the only one offended by people bashing the jla book. it's just not able to hold a candle to the one issue of the jsa that's been released. who cares? it's pretty cut and dried, the jsa book is the better one out right now. it doesn't matter if it's one issue or one full arc. it's just better than the jla book.

I like to watch the beginning middle and end of a movie to fully judge it, I do the same with my comics, its a radical new concept, but go figure, it works for me.

neither book is finished with it's first arc, so they're both in the same boat. one got off to a slower, more lackluster start than the other, while the other got people interested straight out of the gate. i have no idea why we're arguing about this. i will no longer tolerate such insolence from you, young man!

In a weird ASSHAT way, I'm looking out for you guys, and its a self defense mechanism I use too. I keep my expectations low, that way I'm not disappointed. It mustve been those fatherless Christmas'.

I won't argue that, it's possible.

But I've never really been a fan of the JSA. Mr. Terrific and Wildcat are ok, I liked Dr. Fate but he's gone now. The rest of them...meh.

I used to be like that, until I actually read an issue.

Old ****s in costumes didnt appeal to me either at first.

....Well...

2) I liked the first FF movie because I've never been into FF, and it felt like a good, fun popcorn movie.

Thats why I liked it.

You know, that's kind of like saying the Hulk will always be stronger than everybody, because once, he held up a mountain.

One example is crap. You MUST give it time. It's like comparing JSA Classified to JSA. Power Girl's arc was basically the ONLY good one, I wouldn't say that because of that, JSA Classified was a better series.

My niece loved it. Made me sit there and watch it with her four times. I hate that movie now. I hate it....so....much.....

I thought the first movie was average at best, they utterly killed Doom's character, but other than that, decent flick.

Hopefully they'll just ignore what they did with Doom in the first movie and try and put in some Doom from the Comics this time.

okay, let me put it this way. i'm more immediately optimistic about jsa than i am jla. based on johns' history with that book, eagelshram and ross' art, the lineup, the story so far and the stories they've hinted at, i'm way more psyched about the jsa book than i am the jla book. call it a hunch. not that the jla book is bad, but i'm feeling it more with the jsa.
