As I said the day it came out, that was never the end for John. The Table still exists.Still torn on this. 4 had such a good ending for JW himself.
That we know they cut the reveal that John is alive, which to me was very apparent from the ending anyways, should've said it all. If John dies, we will see him die. And it won't be getting shot by his friend who knows where to shoot him.Yeah, it was such an obvious "we're hedging our bets" ending, that I'm surprised anyone is surprised.
To be fair, for me personally I never doubted the implication was John probably being alive but I liked it ending on an ambiguous note.Yeah, it was such an obvious "we're hedging our bets" ending, that I'm surprised anyone is surprised.
Big Nick Cave's Gladiator 2 energy. I like it.It's been discussed in this thread before but giving us a supernatural John Wick in the afterlife movie would be a unique take that would be more refreshing than the usual "But he's not REALLY dead" trope that we've seen numerous times before in other franchises. Plus that would be a fun way to bring back past dead characters from the franchise at the same time.
John Wick 5: The Search for More Money
John Wick 5: Dead Reckoning Part One
Wick x Kong: The New Empire
Wick vs Freddy
Wick X is gonna be the one where they finally team up with Vin.
The Table still exists.Ughh. I mean i will obviously see and support this but part 4 has such a nice perfect ending and John’s character arc is complete. I dont see what you do with him now but I will wait and see what the story is to pass judgement but i cant help but roll my eyes at this since we all know Lionsgate is hurting for money.
