It is a nice piece, no doubt, but one thing Ive learned from DCD, is that these props are never worth the retail.

    $300 is a lot for a stick.

    Even a smiling stick.

It's a very kickass piece. I've noticed it for some time now. However, there's no way in hell I'm spending $300 on a cane.

DCD has some nice stuff in the props area (Batarang, Kryptonite replica, etc.), but it's just not going to happen for me at those price tags.

    Thanks, J....

$150? Still a bit pricey...i'd rather just make my own out of fiberglass or something, and then just paint it black. :batty:

    They aren't even detachable. :down
I want something I can casually (maybe callously) fling around the house. :brucebat:

The cane is spiffy though. It seems to be pretty good craftsmanship; even has a 'gas nozzle' activated by a twist of the wrist. I want it. :(

...not at that price though. :o

150? Huh. I got that for fifty bucks, in brand new condition, at a comic book shop in Knoxville.

I'll wait until I find a cheaper one on ebay. Because 300 bucks for a cane is ridiculous, no matter how awesome it looks.

Most of DC Direct's stuff is way overpriced.

yeah, you could pick up a quality cane, most likely just as good as that one, just minus the joker theme for about $50.

It's probably the supposed gas nozzel that ups the price.

Without that, it'd probably cost 150. 200 at the most.
