Okay, I set this thread up to get some opinions. Is there anything that the joker has said that actually struck you as being funny, maybe even elliciting a laugh? If there is more than one, put down the funniest. You can use pictures too, but none of those manipped comic panels, just actual comic pages, movie screens, etc.

For me, the one funny line from him occured in the dark knight, when he is addressing the mobsters at their "group therapy session". He says at one point: "Let's wind the clock back a year. These cops and lawyers wouldn't dare cross any of you. I mean…what happened? Did your–did your balls drop off? Hm?"
:hoboj:

:applaud:applaud:applaud:applaud:applaud:applaud

Gambol: "You think you can steal from us and just walk away?"
Joker: "Yeah"

I just love the way The Joker says "hi" to Two-Face in Gotham General. It's hilarious.

Joker's leave-a-message at his hideout in BTAS:
"Boy did YOU get the wrong number! Leave your message at the sound of the shriek! *man screams*

Also that hilarious Chick Dixon Robin issue where Joker recounts his life to an Arkham doctor about his annoyance at the amount of Robins. The art is perfect for the story and he wears "Haha" pyjays. He also gets to ride a pony and giant lobster in his stories.

the hand sanitizer after his hospital visit to two-face. It was just so unexpected and well done :D

"Well that was fun!"
"Whos up for Chinese?"

The whole Magic trick part. Funny as hell!

uhm... everything the joker says is funny. hes..... the.....joker ???

i dont see the point of this thread

^^That's the part I found funniest. He didn't "say" anything ,but I found his body language throughout that bit hilarious.

i think the waddle he did at the hospital scene is one of his best moments [solo]

^Ya definetly. I especially like his little ''jump'' when the building finally explodes.

At the party moving that bald guy's head. "I just wanna talk to him about something little.... No!" That bit made me laugh out loud - it was great!

For some reason him laughing when he flew off the prewitt building made cry laughing

so did

"I just want my phone call"

Gordon: Where is he?
Joker: What's the time?
Gordon: What does that matter?
Joker: Well...depending on the time he could be in one spot, or several!

Most of the joker's lines since his inception have been bad jokes, and occasionally (especially in the dark knight) he says something that does not make you want to slap your forehead and roll your eyes at the "punniness".

Which reminds me, I forgot one in my original post.

"Lady, you're harder to kill than a cockroach on steroids." -Joker, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm

*-Batman Beyond Return of the Joker flashback- Batman is whooping on Joker after the clown showed him a movie of what he did to Tim Drake*
Joker: If you don't like the movie...I got slides.

Considering that B:TAS and spinoffs were based on the '89 film and Returns, Mark Hammill's Joker was about 10 times funnier thatn Nicholson's. Which reminds me, when I can get on the other computer in my house, I have a manip of Hammill as the Joker I want to share. If Return of the Joker had been live action, Hammill could easily have filled the role, considering that even the host body, Tim Drake, was middle-aged.

Nicholsons Joker did have some funny lines though...

"This town needs a enema!"

"Where, is the Batman? He's at home, washing his tights!!"

Those didn't really strike me as funny, though. I don't know, I'm weird like that sometimes, though.

Nicholson had the whole bit of dialogue after frying that gangster that I thought was hillarious.

There's far too many moments from all the incarnations but the one that sticks out as literally laugh out loud was the way he said, "Yeah." to Gambol in TDK. I laughed loud and hard to that one.
