Joker's Asylum

Yeah, I actually have. A lot more than I expected to.

I liked all three... Poison Ivy was the weekest, but hey, it's hard to compete with that amazing first issue...

A lot of people hate it but like all of them and can't wait for the Scarecrow and Two Face issues

Joker's issue was the weakest, to me. The punchline was telegraphed the whole way through. Penguin's has been the strongest. Very visceral storytelling in that one.

So, those of you who read the Two-Face issue, how'd your coin tosses come up?

So this series is pretty good? I saw the Scarecrow issue and the cover and art looked amazing. but I didn't wanna get it halfway through so I'm waiting for the trade. Good thing I did if the whole thing's good.

My rank.......

Joker - Horrible art, decent punch line. Over all, nothing great.

Penguin - Great art and story. I loved this issue.

Poison Ivy - Good art, terrible story.

Scarecrow - Great art and marginal story.

The penguin one by Aaron was the best one.

Hey guys I just got the two face issue and it's easily the best. Great story and art.

I really liked them as well. Nice little self-contained stories that were well told overall (Poison Ivy's was a bit weak). Too bad that Two-Face was the last one. Would have liked to see Bane, Catwoman, Clayface, Ventriloquist and any others they cared to throw in.

Did anyone actually do the coin toss for the Two-Face one? I did. I came up heads.

I came up heads... good will always triumph...

I loved the Penguin one as well as the Two-Face one. Didn't care for the others. Flat out hated the Joker one.

As for the Two-Face story; my coin-toss came up tails and I was heavily bummed out about it.

Joker sitting around telling stories is a dodgy concept imho

I really enjoyed the Two Face and Scarecrow issues.

The Two-Face one was fantastic. And an incredibly clever ending too. I came up heads. :)

Wow....apparently I disagree with everyone haha....

I LOVED the penguin issue. AMAZING.
Also really enjoyed Poison Ivy.
Loved the juxtaposition of the Scarecrow story and the art.

I heard the Joker issue was bad (thanks to pulpsecret) but I enjoyed it. I think I might have been expecting horrible, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I DID NOT enjoy Two-Face. At all really. I like Two-face stories that truly deal with HIS double nature....not other people. What do I care about some weird firefighter guy. Also it was rip off of Killing Joke. I declare.

END RESULT: Penguin wins. By far.

I really want to see more....and less known characters. How about a flashback of the Ventriloquist? Or a Bane story with no batman? Or the Great White Shark. Favorite modern villain ever.
