Joseph Gordon-Levitt Takes Premium Rush

looks like a fantastic adrenaline movie.

to bad that they spoiled the ending with the last shot. joking :awesome:

Looks like a pretty exciting thriller and we know JGL will deliver in the lead, plus the hero having a mountain bike as his mode of transport brings up some interesting action sequence possibilities. It looks like Chung's role is not as initially reported, that appears to be Dania Ramirez's role.

The beginning reminded of Spider-man 2. JGL's boss is also the guy from Spider-man 2. Peter's Pizza boss.

That's what I was thinking too! Maybe he switched careers after Peter Parker single handedly brought down his pizza business.

It's weird.

The response from the trailer seems really mixed. Some people love it, some people hate it. I remember the trailer looking pretty engaging and something I'd really like to check out.

This looks really generic based on the trailer. The end of the trailer is just a bunch of random soap opera style shots and quotes...not a well put together trailer at all.

I feel like this thing is beneath both JGL and Shannon, but it was shot a while back so whatever. I may go see it just to see those two interact.

Does anyone else find it funny whenever movies come out starring two or more superhero movie actors from different franchises? I wonder how many there have been. Off the top of my head:

Premium Rush - Zod and Robin
Speechless - Superman and Batman
The Prestige - Wolverine and Batman (Alfred, too!)
The Town - Daredevil, Hawkeye and Maya Hansen
The A-Team - Nite Owl and Ra's al Ghul
Scoop - Wolverine and Black Widow
Les Miserables - Wolverine, Catwoman and Jor-El

I'm actually looking forward to seeing this. I like all the talent involved and I've never seen a movie directed by David Koepp.

Bourne Legacy - Hawkeye and The Hulk!

:)

Yeah, notice that too.

Heh, good one. I forgot about that. I wonder if that it was ever awkward on the set between Renner and Norton over that, or if Norton truly doesn't care anymore.
