"Back on the Street

John Romita JR is planning a return to the Amazing Spider-Man monthly title after his run on the Eternals with Neil Gaiman is over, but right before that he will be pencilling an arc (or mini series) of Daredevil or the Punisher (or possibly both)."

Yesssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope he has the same colorist on Spider-Man he did at the begining of his run with JMS.

Crap... please be a mini series of Daredevil and not the series proper :(

My favorite JrJr run was the Nocenti/Romita run on DD (also among my favorite DDs). they did an awesome job with him. Really stretched him out into territory you'd never think he'd go or would work for him. Surprisingly it worked so well I collected every last issue.

*gets down on knees and whispers "thankyouthankyouthankyou"*

THAT'S AWESOME!!!!

And also, keep Lark on DD, let JRJr do a mini.

Good. However, I fear he's screwed up Spider-Man beyond repair, though I know there had to be some editorial hand in that as well.

If JMS is leaving there is hope yet for Spidey to get some redemption.

Of course this raises the posibility that with Bagley leaving USM that bendis may cross-over to ASM. Now if we follow the logic that spidey may go on the run after civil war (many people have proposed this as a real possibilty) I really think bendis could do this justice. Noir spidey, kinda like his run on daredevil...I'm so gonna get flamed :(

I want Kirkman on ASM. With Marvel Team Up coming to an end, it would be a good time to shift him over :) Won't happen though :(

Vaughn would be good, but he's kinda busy and I don't want anyone else doing runaways so...

It's a NEW title he's working on, new book.

they could end ASM and launch a new title due to the huge status quo change in SM. thus it'd fit in with what slott has been saying about a "new" title. won't happen but at least that idea fits in with whats been said :)
