Just go through it frame by frame till you see the image Gilpesh posted above, which is almost at the end of the clip when the glacier is breaking up!!! If you go a few more frames you'll get a close up shot where you can see his shield over his waist and you'll just make out the red and white stripes on his costume under the ice, it's cool!!!up:

That's actually the huge twist... Captain America isn't dead. Because the person we thought was Captain America all that time... was just a seal.

The real Steve Rogers is still frozen.

Agree. Until you analyze that scene really hard, you can't make anything out of it. This was supposed to be the reveal of Captain America, but it's just a blurry figure.
