Justice League New Frontier

Definitely looks interesting. I've never read the actual comic (I don't like Darwyn Cooke's style of art, which I know is not a popular opinion), but I may have to get around to it at some point.

Looks very cool. I'll be buying it.

Thanks for posting this Justice Bringer! :yay:

I'm more excited to see what the Judas Contract will look like.

The preview got me really excited. The book was very good and the movie looks to be on the same level.

it looks incredibly old school. I thought the justice guild eps looked old school but this looks pretty darn ancient.

but i guess it is supposed to reflect the era the comics are set in as well as the era the comics were made in so meh...

not sure about all of the choices for voice acting though although lucy lawless is going to be amazing as wonderwoman.

Very cool retro vibe going on. I'm excited

Lucy already WAS an amazing Wonder Woman... remember Xena?

But yeah, this might be pretty decent, we'll see...the voice actors are pretty solid... ( no mention of Martian Manhunter's actor?)

Yeah, that's one of the things that has me excited, they're voices are great!

Jeremy Sisto, imo, can be a great Batman. Wonder if he has a voice for Bruce an d a voice for Batman... but, what I do know- as a Batman fan- that was a great and inspired casting decision.

The other great addition is Neil Patrick Harris, did Spider-Man fans proud and probably will do similarly for Flash.

That's Incredible

So this is silver age JLA :wow:

I'm very interested to hear voice actors of the original 7

Jeremy Sisto as Bruce Wayne / BATMAN :batty:

Kyle MacLachlan as Clark Kent / SUPERMAN :super:

Lucy Lawless as Princess Diana / WONDER WOMAN :ww:

Neil Patrick Harris as Barry Allen / The Flash

David Boreanaz as Hal Jordan / Green Lantern

Alan Ritchson as Arthur Curry / Aquaman

???? as J'onn J'onzz / The Martian Manhunter

Anyone who hasnt read the actual book needs to read that way before they see this. Its so damn cool and pretty much flawless. Its where my avatar is from. So freakin cool. Im more pumped for Superman Doomsday but with Timm some where in the film making proces i know this is gonna have amazing caliber to it.

Looks great. I can't wait to see Barry and Hal finally represented in animated form (for more than 30 seconds). The Flash just looks fantastic. Already they have him the speed that he should be which alone makes me excited. The Flash on Justice League's speeds were just eratic as hell. One second he can race from the moon to the sun in record time and the next he has trouble keeping up with a truck and being blasted by lasers.

Alan Ritchson as Aquaman??

Are you effing kidding me -_-

huh?

EDIT: Yeah, just saw that...huh...They got kinda lazy with that one, didn't they but I guess the guy does have a pretty deep voice, fitting of the character.

He does? He sounded like a *****e on SV.

Wheres the official proof hes voicing Aquabro?

Great preview. I can't wait to see the whole scene where the government tries to capture the Flash . The animation style is cool and I too can't wait to see Hal and Barry in action. That is also why I'm looking foward to the next season of The Batman.

this will be like 3 variations or in some cases the fourth or fifth incarnation of some dc characters in like the last four years

superman in justice league /dcau (2 versions)
superman in the batman
superman in superman:doomsday (2 versions)
superman in braniac attacks
superman in legion of superheroes (2 versions now)
and now

superman in new frontier

isn't this a lil....overkill perhaps.

even if we are just talking about the league, this is going to be their third version in recent years as well.

is dc in animations shorterning its horizons a bit? Shouldn't they tackle areas like the teen titans or the justice society etc...

He does? He sounded like a *****e on SV.

I just looked on wikipedia to be honest. Yeah he sounded like a *****e on Smallville but I blamed the writing for that. He was supposed to come off as a surfer. His actual voice though is pretty deep and I've always pictured AquaMan with a really deep voice fitting of a king. Since this is the early years and all, I think Ritchson will do fine.

There is Teen Titans: The Judas Contract coming up. They tried to put the Justice Society in Justice League but some bs red tape meant they couldn't. Wonder if they can give them their own series though.

Do you mean Aquaman? Not Iron man. lol Im pumped for David Boreanez as the voice of Hal.

Ha. Thanks for picking up on that one for me. :woot:

No prob man. I was just reading that and it didnt seem right. I wonder if the boxing match will be in this, that is my favorite scene in the book just look at my avvy. That scene gives me chills every time.
