Kensei spoiler

or how about this...Nakamura is the dragon? in the tale, the dragon teaches sword skills to Kensei, and we've already seen Nakamura teach sword skills to Hiro.

from the heroeswiki: Later, during Kensei's wedding to a princess, the gigantic Dragon descended, blocking out the sun, and demanded his price be paid. Kensei cleverly cut out his own heart and gave it to the Dragon with the explanation, "My love is in here; take it!" Some say that the Dragon looked upon Kensei's love and honor with mercy, and brought him back to life. There are those who also believe Kensei and the princess ran away together with the Dragon.

i'm gonna have to watch these when i get home:

Hell, it's possible. We've never seen Nakamura's powers. Perhaps he's a shapeshifter?

The whole Kensei being Linderman's ancestor could be on the right track, considering the powers are similar but not the same.

It's strange that Linderman, with such a huge character buildup, died a pretty meaningless death after only a few episodes. His legend preceded him to such a great deal, it made me think that he has to still be alive for a while. But I've now reached the point where I'd be surprised if he still were.

well...i don't mean he might literally be a dragon or appear as a dragon. maybe dragon is a title, maybe it's just a local superstition to explain what may turn out to be some weird hermit on the top of a mountain. just something to think about. also, while watching the yamagato videos on kensai and the dragon, i noticed that the dragon seems to have a beard and mustache...so perhaps the dragon is an animalized caricature of a real person. i have no idea. i'm just tossing out ideas.

the painting didn't show a fight. everyone just assumed that's what it was.

i think all the future generations are decendents of kensei...maybe he's the mightmare man?

I'm fairly certain that Parkman's father is the nightmare man. Judging from the photograph, I don't think it's Kensei.

Linderman and Kensei dont look anything alike and have completely different accents. the Invisibile dude is brittish too.

they both have light blue eyes, are around the same height, have body healing powers, and their voices are VERY close.

You guys just trying to be difficult.
