Season Three due out this March

Arbiter, from the Halo series, will join the third season of Killer Instinct as a playable character, Microsoft announced.




Killer Instinct: Season Three is planned for launch across Xbox One and PC in March 2016. It will feature eight new characters. Confirmed so far are Rash from Battletoads, Kim Wu, Tusk, and Gargos from Killer Instinct 2, and Arbiter from Halo.

The third season of Killer Instinct will launch for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs on March 29, and will feature cross-play functionality between both platforms, Microsoft announced.




Killer Instinct: Season Three adds a number of new fighters, including Rash from Battletoads, Arbiter from Halo, and Kim Wu, Tusk, and Gargos from Killer Instinct 2.

I thought that too. It's funny, considering how everyone nowadays is sporting a beard suddenly when then never did and are cooler/better for it, the goddamn barbarian/viking guy of all people actually can't pull it off...

And the celtic shorts look too...I cant put my finger on it, but he looks like he's just wearing contemporary clothes/shorts.

Killer Instinct: Season Three fighters Mira and General RAAM leaked

That is, the General RAAM from Gears of War.



Two new fighters have been leaked as joining the cast of Killer Instinct: Season Three, via Shoryuken.




Mira, Maya’s late twin sister first introduced in the new Killer Instinct‘s extended story, is the first new character

.


The second new character is General RAAM, a guest character who was one of the main antagonists in the original Gears of War.





Outside of the two characters, a new character select screen and new “Shadow Lords” mode was also leaked, which appears to incorporate some sort of world war scenario.







Killer Instinct: Season Three is due out for Xbox One and PC on March 29.

so im assuming 4 guest characters, 4 returning/new characters, and one "shadow" character

little underwhelmed by Mira and the amount of guests (and only 3 new stages) but it is what it is

Mira's VS animation looks like they implanted her visuals over Maya. I expect her design and look to be overhauled when its ready for release.

Also, DAH. Tusk will be my main in Season 3.
