Krang or the Utroms in cgi TMNT?

I really would love to see them if the shredder is not going to be in it.

The Rat King, Baxter Stockman, and such don't make great villans.

The utroms aren't bad guys and I don't think the new movie wants to really use any thing from the old show besides Krang was lame lets get some new bad guys in the movies.

They could make it that the doctor from TMNT II secret of the oze is really a good Utrom from TGRI and that there is a evil banished Utrom named krang that wan'ts to take over the earth using the mutagen to create a army of monsters.

I agree lets get some new cool bad ass bad guys. I hated Krang and to bring him back would suck my bosses ass cheek. I do hope to see Shredder some time again.

Those things suck. But if they used Baxter like in the new show it would be pretty cool. Hated that he was a fly in the old show he was really wimpy. And in the comic like shredder he died in his first apperance I think.

Baxter sucks in the new show. He gets blown up and than comes back as a robot, or hologram, or brain. It's ******ed. Just kill the character off and be done with it. Least they found a way to get rid of Baxter fast on the old show. And the only reason you hate it is because you're one of those types that hate the old cartoon but love the new one and make it hard for us old hardcore fans.

Old hardcore fan? If you reall were an old hardcore fan, you'd respect the decision people make to say the old show sucks. We had the comics, which were insanely bad-ass, then we got some lame-ass children's show? We're allowed to say it sucks if we didn't like it, so we're not making it hard for anyone. People are allowed to have opinions, man.

The old childrens cartoon did not suck it WAS A CHILDRENS SHOW! and was a damn good one.

The comic was dark and had a great style and adult themes, which was great too.

The first live action movie blended the 2 styles together to make somthing GREAT! the dark themes and style of the comics, and the personalitys and comedy from the childrens cartoon show.


So yes for an adult the cartoon might suck, but it was bad ass when I was a kid.

Hey I don't like the old cartoon I read the dark comic and saw the movie and the darker show and enjoyed it. I just don't like show that completely deastroy what its based on and jokes that aren't funny,bad story, bad animation, bad guy I can't take seriously,and bad voice acting. Only reason I dislike the old show.

I dont think the old cartoon came anywhere near destroying the darker TMNT comics. The cartoon is just what people are more familiar with. The comic book version wouldnt have worked for a childrens cartoon show, but it did work for the live action movie. Unfortunately, since most people were more familiar with the cartoon, a move was made to make the sequel a bit more light hearted than the first. Which in effect, hurt the sequel I think. Again, I have to disagree that the old cartoon was completely horrible. It was just a re-interpretation of the comic book version. Which was honestly, very necessary if the TMNT would have any chance at success with a cartoon show in the late 1980s.

Look I'm not saying you don't but I'm a fan of the old cartoon and I hate how people say it sucks. So what it wasn't your interpretation I don't care you have a right to an opinion, but there was aspects about the old cartoon that made it better than the new current one and that was: humor.

Actually Shredder worked for Krang.

Neither the Utroms nor Krang will be appearing in the new film. The Utroms remain a possibility for a role in any future sequels though. Krang is unlikely because of his connection with the old show.
