Kyle XY - Woo, New Season is Coming!

I am loving this season of Kyle! I feel like it's doing a good job of balancing giving out some answers to people's questions while adding in new elements, and mixing the mystery stuff of Kyle's creation and the company in with the family type scenes. I love that it actually has *answered* some of the mystery instead of dragging it out forever.

Last week's episode was outstanding, I thought. I can't wait to watch tonight and see some of the fallout from that with Declan and Nicole, now that they know Kyle has some special abilities.

I was waiting for her mom to blame Kyle for the necklace going missng and completely ending their interactions cause earlier in the episode she played her character like she still hated Kyle for just walking in to her house.

I was also really surprised that Amanda's mom did that. (I was also kind of surprised that Amanda wasn't more upset about it - I'd have been mad that she took something clearly so sentimentally valuable to me, you know?)

Loved, loved, all the scenes with Josh and his parents. This show handles stuff like that so well, and with such good humor. (The "Tell him you have cancer" line was so funny.) And loved all the scenes between Lori and Kyle on their stakeout, etc.

I wonder what is up with Kyle's ring? I mean, it must be important for that guy to want to end up with it, that he'd be watching the pawn shops? I wonder if it is special somehow.

I was thinking it is a key to something, and even that the ring shown is Kyle's ring, but a similar ring worn by Madacorp people, or a symbol for something deeper (think Dark Angel and the Manticore symbol).

BTW, anyone else notice Madacorp (Kyle XY) sounds a LOT like Manticorp (Dark Angel)?

I think you must be right about it being a key to something - I wish I'd noticed before if the Madacorp guy had ever been wearing one, though it definitely seemed to imply that the ring he was wearing was the ring Kyle had taken to the pawn shop. I think it has to have some greater significance, somehow. Maybe Tom Foss knows, or will notice that Kyle's ring is missing?

I'm very curious to see how Steven's new job factors into things, and I am really looking forward to Kyle finally meeting Jessi and seeing how they react to one another.

I still doubt this, being warned to watch out for Foss doesn't make him a bad guy.
I mean sure he has bad guy tendencies like blowing up that building after being told not to but if not for Kyle he would be dead so I think that weights on his mind or will when they play him as the bad guy card again.
Either way lasts night's episode was another excellent one in a series that has not had IMO anyways any bad episodes.

Adam is the only person Kyle should listen to on his powers... suddenly there is a message just to Kyle... about not trusting Foss.

Foss then cleans out the warehouse... yeah he's not a bad guy.

Of course, Matawhatever... Probably has his wife and kid and holding them hostage so that Foss will work for them.

Madacorp. And I don't know about him working for them, as they didn't even know Kyle was still alive until XX drew his face.

Maybe he thinks if he pushes Kyle enough, that Kyle can have the ability to turn back time, or at least know figure out how to do so?

Maybe that's why he stuck around Adam.

This show is way too slow. It's gets to the point where you barely even care about the revelation they're been working up to because they've taken sooo long to get there. Cancellation can't be too far behind for this show.

Ok not sure what show you are watching, the build up is excellent and I doubt it will be canceled soon as its one of USA's most popular show's.
If you do not like it fine do not watch but I just cannot see where you get this negative attitude towards its flow though because I think it flows smoothly.

Are the best shows on TV this summer and these shows could easily compete with fall line up shows but I am a happy camper as they offer fresh intelligent shows over summer months when TV is typically terrible.

Does anybody know if it's True that this Season is going to have 23 Episodes? That's what I have been hearing that there is 13 Episodes and then they are going to have a break and bring the rest back in Jan.
