The ending didn't bother me so much but playing so much of the final act as Kelso felt really off and kind of detracted from the climax as we didn't get to see it as the character we started off with.
After Homicide the game did become a bit hit-and-miss.
The first Vice case was really neat, but the second was boring and the third became kind of too cluttered for its own good.
I liked the Arson cases but with Kelso being so prominent it kind of ruined any sense of payoff to the previous two cases.
