I am sure the dude who does Kains voice also did Dr Dooms voice in the Fantastic Four cartoon.

Kain is up there With The lich King Arthas as one of my all time Fave characters.

Kain and Arthas are kind of similar Undead Kings with undead armies.

Yes Simon Templeman (AKA Kain) did play Dr.Doom. He also played the Angel of death on 3-4 episodes of Charmed and a murderous ghost on Angel. He has an awesome voice and good screen precense.
