Eeeeh, not as much as one might think. I think the Supergirl/Brainy romance was handled better in this film, at least.

Yeah, the movie was pretty dull but that cliffhanger has me intrigued about where things go next.

I couldn't believe how hard to find this was in my area, between 3 Wal Marts and my one local Target only one WM carried this. The DC Animated movies are almost always easy to find in my area unless you want the 4K version. I haven't watched it yet but I'm looking forward to it.

In the US it’s available to stream on HBO Max as of today 5/8. I’ve never watched any of the DC animated films, but I heard about it and since it heavily focuses on Supergirl I thought I’d check it out. I enjoyed it, not enough to buy the Blu-Ray but definitely worth watching since I have HBO Max already. I appreciate they kept Kara’s backstory as the older cousin who grew up on Krypton and her overall characterization. The post credit scene was intriguing and I’ll probably check that out when/if it happens.

I bought this a few weeks ago. Haven't seen it yet as I'm currently making my way through a rewatch of the DCAU, but I'm looking forward to watching it.
