I thought I just said this. The actor playing the guy with the limbs that grew back was credited in the cast as Lizard Man. The Toad-wannabe was not credited as Lizard Man.

I think Lizard Man was the guy that was sticking on the underside of the tower and got hit with the cure dart...I remember seeing that guy that regrew his limbs in a few other movies and I don't think it's the same guy (Lloyd Adams)..
