Dude, Cardiac? I've never read his back story but he seems pretty lame? is he?

No.

Like everyone on my list,.. he strikes a chord in me. I recognize justified homocidal rage directed at people who are used to getting away with stuff because they can throw money at it.

I enjoyed every one of his appearances - it's rare that you can easily understand the motivations of a "villian."

Even the morally correct Mr. Parker Paused more than once because he understood where Cardiac stood.

And his Intelligence, power set, tech, and resources put him somewhere between Spiderman and Ironman.

I just really liked him,... He's number nine because the thread said ten,.. he's someone I'll never forget.

Word.

Of course,.. I'd trust two writers and three artists to do it if they had a mind to @ Marvel.

Sigh.

That'll never happen,.. Cardiac has been relegated to limbo,.. Kinda surprised the SHRA didn't track him down and put him to work.

That was tough with so many excellent characters to choose from. I'm sure I'll want to revise this in 10 minutes.

That explains a lot.

No doubt.
The ability to recognize things so they can be rendered harmless is a good survival trait.

On topic:
Who is on the cast of Scott Pilgrim?

It's not the recognition, so much as the "justified homocidal rage" itself.

Who is on the cast of Scott Pilgrim?

Scott Pilgrim, Stacey Pilgrim, Wallace Wells, Ramona Flowers, Kim Pine, Stephen Stills, "Young" Neil Nordegraf, Knives Chau and Envy Adams.

All FTW.

Are you saying there is no such thing as "Justified homocidal rage"?

Interesting.
Anyone who witnesses a loved one killed by another person in a manner that cheapens them would feel this.

Cardiac lost his brother that way,... the company who had a cure for his brother sat on it until they could make a profit.

V.

Yes, Varient. There is no such thing as justified homicidal rage. Are you saying that you would justify the murder of someone out of revenge?

Let's see here ....

Spider-Woman/Jessica Drew
(Loved the cartoon based on Spider-Woman as a kid, and was happy to see her return to the MU in '05 with New Avengers. Bought the complete run of Spider-Woman comics via eBay shortly thereafter)

The Huntress/Helena Wayne
(Always liked the idea of the character. Plus I enjoyed the stories of her that was found in Wonder Woman comics at one point in time)

Batman
(My favourite comic book superhero)

The Joker
(My favourite comic book supervillain)

Doc Ock
(My second favourite comic book supervillain)

The Incredible Hulk
(Growing up watching the Bixby/Ferrigno tv show in reruns, and reading Peter David's run with the character quickly made me a fan)

The Shredder
(no surprise here)

Harley Quinn
(Such a great character for the Joker to interact with in TAS. And her finally making an introduction to the DCU during "No Man's Land" was a long time coming)

Wonder Woman
(Thank you Lynda Carter)

Vampirella
(No need for explanation here)
