Thank you for reading my stuff. This is not a theory of how the story is going to run down, but how some of the setting is basically going to be, especially how Loki, Anchor Beings, the Void and Battleworld are connected. And it's a wild one with no evidence in the comics (I think so).

First my guess on the Anchor Beings. I think Loki's Yggdrasil (let's call it Lokdrasil bc imo it's not the same like the classic Yggdrasil) works roughly like this: Somehow outside the Lokdrasil life starts. There are already a lot of stories out in the MCU, e.g. Ego floating in the universe. It grows, maybe connects with other similar happenings, and finally - with the help of Loki's 'life touch' - becomes manifest as a root aka Branch. It grows on, until it reaches the point where beings in the Branches are able to travel to other Branches. All these Branches who are able to interact build the trunk. And in the middle sits Loki, taking care and giving them the chance 'die trying, die fighting'. He's doing so by hindering the Branches to branch. So the Branches evolve to the point when the Anchor Being is born. And they are some kind of Loki's Loom-failsafe. They remind him that 'sometimes, it's okay to destroy something'. This means that when the Anchor being dies he lets the Branches start to branch. For a thousand years they are part of the crown of the Lokdrasil until they fade out and end.

Are u still with me? :-)
This Lokdrasil doesn't need a Void like HWR's. Loki does not prune the 'sidebranches' from the 'mainbranch', he just prevents it... actually...thinking about it... he doesn't even have to prevent it, he lets free will happen and each decision is a part of the Branches' evolution; they don't have to grow in a certain way, aka HWR's way, they just grow.
BUT there is no absolute free will. Remember the talk with Mobius how and who to choose? I think he lets things happen as long as they don't threaten Lokdrasil itself. That's where the TVA steps in. And sometimes these threats can't be handled within the Branches. So Loki builds the Void aka Battleworld and sends them there. At best they slaughter each other. But sometimes he has to recruit a hero or a team of heros. If not to kill them, at least to keep them there. Anybody thinking about Ravonna Renslayer and Alioth?

Buckle up. I do you one more.
You may ask where this Void/Battleworld is setted.... So...actually... as Loki finally realized how strong he really is... it's one big Loki sorcery! If you really need a visualization, think of the purple ends at each Branch, where he keeps the bad guys, each one in its own Branch's Void, all connected to Battleworld.

Do u still don't have enough?
Give me one shot at the story. Doomsday will tell us how they (whoever) fight Doom (which variant however) in the (616?) Branch and bring him to the Void. And how he starts to take everybody down. I see an endbattle, when they can keep him there but at very high costs. And then Doom discovers that it's all a sorcery. I mean who else if not a Doom sees the magic behind it all?! So he teams up to go after Loki. And Loki does not only send the best and biggest Avengers team ever, but joins the final battle of Secret Wars.

The end..

Sorry for my english, it's not my native language and as you can clearly see I have no knowledge of the comics and just hopped on the MCU-train.

Hmm I don't like how Loki is still going to be relevant in freaking phase six and the end of the Second Saga... I've seen the Loki the show. But surely they have other characters they could utilize for that role.

Endgame should have been his last mcu appearance.
