Looking for this particular Punisher comic.

I only saw this comic once in a store. I remember that in the storyline there was a member of the Osborn family(can't remember who) became President and then he and the Punisher had a feud. Does anyone remember the name of this particular comic book? And is it any good?

You might be talking about the Dark Reign Punisher. Norman took over Shield and renamed it Hammer. Punisher tries hunting him down. I can’t really remember it but Rick Remender wrote it and I always enjoy his work. Also had that sweet Jerome Opena artwork. So I say give it a shot man!
