Bahrain went to watch F1 there Aziz outside of Manama middle of nowhere there's a racing track.t:

I feel down at times. I usually know the reason why tho. If you dont know why you're sad that could be something to talk to your doctor about. Your serotonin (happiness hormone and it has other functions) levels may be out of whack and you may need some help regulating them. My father had to take some medicine to help him. Now he's doing great. So definitely, if this feeling keeps happening, talk to a medical doctor about it. They will help you feel right as rain.
