I like all the parts to be cool. So I keep the window open (or blast the a/c in the summer) and have a fan blowing. But then I also like tons of covers so you have the weight to squish you down. Heavenly.

The other day I literally jumped out of bed. I've never done that before. I live in a college dorm with a roommate and I was getting up early for work but I didn't want to disturb her with my alarm clock, so when it went off, I automatically launched myself completely off of my bed (which is lofted, so it was like, 4 and a half feet off the ground). That was sort of painful and embarassing.

I've also been known to throw my pillow to the other side of the room when I'm asleep, or to turn completely around in bed while I'm asleep (so my head is pointed toward the foot of the bed).

I have to sleep with a fan on or an AC, I can't sleep in silence.I sleep on my stomach sometimes but have to turn over in the early morning cause the morning hard on hurts from being squished.
