Anyone know of any other way to find your computers MAC address on your computer without using the command prompet?

i go to run, cmd to get the compand prompt up, and then type in ipconfig/all, which tells me it knows what i'm asking, but no inforimation comes up.

Start < Connect to < Show all connections < Right click on your connection < Properties < Then the stats should be there.

But this is the wrong forum, it's supposed to go into Technical Support.

i know, sorry, i'm in a rush and figured this would be the fastest place to get an answer.

sorry to ask again, i did what was said, but after right clicking the only thing that comes up dosen't show me any stats.

is there anything i need to click in the property box? i've had a quick look, but it's not my computer and dn't want to mess it up.

You know its ipconfig /all

With a space right? and the MAC address will be the one that says "physical address" Also if you are on anything lower than XP its a diffrent command

probably does not have administrative right, if it acts as though it works and you see no data. Is this a work computer or a home computer with multiple accounts?

Also 'ipconfig /all' will work without the space, but you should put a space before any switch.

May also need to 'cd' windows and then system32 before the 'ipconfig /all'. But if thats the case you should get an error when exacuting 'ipconfig' from the default account directory.
