He tortures them, then kills them.
He uses, drills, hammers, nails, and silvery
because his parents did the same to him.
By killing him, he's a normal person just with messed up ad scared body.

he's a hitman for the mob but no one knows anyhting about him. The moblod feel uneasy about a man of such mystery in his buisnees he starts an investigaion, but as his men lowly uncover the mans sick past, the moblords men being to disappear one by one... is that a good story line?

who is he/it?

He is Tiger, an African tribal spirit who has taken human form.

what does he do to people?

He believes that the world is a cruel, terrible place and life is a painful struggle, and the only point is day to day survival and basic, primal pleasures. He does not recognise hope, love, humor, or creativity as anything worthwhile. He wants to share his point of view with the world. He also kills things a lot, usually out of either hunger, anger, or purely on a whim.

what does he use?

His claws and his teath.

why?

Because it is in his nature. That is the purpose he fills in the acnient stories.

how can you stop him?

Not through violence. That is his way, and using violence only gives him power. You have to be clever, outthink him, trick him, and make a fool of him. He is a terrible beast, but humiliate him and he'll slink back to his cave like a rain soaked cat.

He sprinkles his unpleasantly waxy chest-hairs on them. The chest-hairs are curly.

what does he use?

A razor to shave hair off of his chest, a bottle to store the hairs.

why?

He's bored. His childhood was spent on books. He had no fun.

how can you stop him?

He is a psychopath who believes that Hitler was a man being possessed by an angel, and that he was fulfilling the Lord's work. He also believes that it is his mission to finish what Hitler started. To this end, he wears a Hitler mask and tracks down the people Hitler and the Nazis believed to be sub-human (Jews, gays, etc.) and tortures and kills them using methods copied from those employed by the concentration camps. Sometimes when he is feeling particularly ruthless, he will make them beg for death and deny them their wish. The worst part is that because he is not human, he cannot be killed by convential methods (i.e. bullets, stabbing, burning). Even if it looks like he has been killed, he will turn up somewhere else sooner or later.
