The Tuna own the rights, as this Tuna was clearly the Tuna king.

Pretty much what it is. Why are there so many rules on FISHING. He CAUGHT it and it should be his to do what he pleases.

"You need a rod and reel". Yeah, because that giant fish would have been caught on a rod and reel!

They "legally" screwed this guy out of money because of one tiny little rule. Isn't our government and their outdated rules so wonderful?
