Man dies after being punched by Burger King worker

The old dude swung first so...

I guess the employee will still catch a manslaughter charge.

Looks like he got his ticket punched.

Looks like he got his lights knocked out.

Looks like he won't be watching his dvr.

Looks like he is on par with NBC. Dead.

Him and NBC: both dead.

Well if the guy didn't kill him, the food sure would have.

Any lawyer can argue self defense. He was defending himself. He probably get fired from BK. I know at walmart you get fired if a customer hits you, even if you don't swing back. I'm not kidding.

that was a whopper of a punch

I guess he got it his way.

:awesome:

But in all honesty, his old ass shouldn't been throwing punches at people. It's unfortunate that he died, but I feel more sorry for the employee that clearly didn't mean to kill the man than I do for the dumb ass who tried to pick a fight and got accidentally got killed.

This.

That's one less bum who's prone to violent behaviour in the world.

One less bum that is prone to violence? He throws one punch. The other dude kicks the sh** out of him & kills him? Who is more violent?

There is no Lawyer in the world that could argue self defense. The BK a-hole obviously didn't stop hitting which stops constituting as self defense.

Which article did you read? The article in the first post says the BK employee punched the bum then the bum fell to the ground. That means one punch. Numero uno.

"Hi. You're going to call off your rigorous investigation. You're going to publicly state that there is no underground group. Or... these guys are going to take your balls. They're going to send one to the New York Times, one to the LA Times press-release style. Look, the people you are after are the people you depend on. We cook your meals, we haul your trash, we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances. We guard you while you sleep. Do not... **** with us."

Wow, such insightful comments on the actual article in that link. Such gems include

"The suspect's name wasn't mentioned. He must be black." Huh???

Falconnnnnn

Pawnnnnnchhhhhhhh.

True, But the costumer was in his 60's. The worker was 20. If I was a 20yo and a m,an in his 60's punched me, I would not punch back Grab him, most likely.

That's easy to say in hindsight.

Just because he was in his 60's, it doesn't mean he deserves to not get hit back when he hits or attempts to hit someone. If he was able to throw a punch at somebody, then I doubt he was decrepit and fragile. He tried to hit somebody, missed, got hit, then got dead.
