Just like the media to leave out crucial bits of information for people to make a critcal judgement call on the actual event.

If the "zombie" went up to the counter to and said "Burger and fries please", then the guy was totally innocent and the man that punched him should be arrested.

BUT, if the "zombie" shambled up to the counter and said "brraaainnnss", then the man that punched him should be acclaimed a hero!
